True to our mission of enabling the entrepreneur economy, here’s what we’re doing.

Our people, our asset

Our own team members are our greatest resource, and it’s therefore been extremely important to create a safe working environment for everyone at Neat, including supplies of masks, hand sanitizers and alternative transport measures to avoid crowds.

We’ve operated on a flexible work from home policy from the start. Because our primary collaboration tools are online, we’ve had an easier time transitioning into our current set-up where many colleagues are working remotely.

That being said, we’ve made some active changes in how we connect. We’ve made all our meetings accessible by video conferencing and have intentionally pushed for over-communication.

Adapting to build a digital community

We’ve decided not to host any physical events for the time being. However, our commitment to community remains as strong as ever.

The added benefit of hosting online community events is that we can make those events available to people all over the world.
